9. Photos and Virtual Try-On
Photos uploaded to the App are processed by AI systems to analyze clothing and wardrobe items.
When using the Virtual Try-On feature, your photos are transmitted in encrypted form to the third-party service fal.ai (Fal, Inc.) for processing. The Developer is not responsible for fal.ai's handling of such data after receipt.
We recommend not uploading photos that show the faces of other people, confidential information, or personal data of third parties. By uploading such photos, you assume full responsibility for obtaining consent from the individuals depicted.
10. Your Rights
Depending on applicable law, you have the following rights:
- Access — obtain a copy of your data;
- Rectification — correct inaccurate data;
- Erasure — request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten");
- Restriction — restrict the processing of your data;
- Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format;
